Happy 2009!
Yesterday evening was spent at my mom's, making tamales. I wanted to show you some pics from some of the great food that we at at Ojo Caliente over Christmas, including pumpkin tamales with vanilla ice cream for desert and a shitake cream sauce over traditional tamales.
My New Year's resolution is to do less in more time.
