Our friends from St. Louis, Dan, Michelle and Ella, sent me a care package with some wonderful goodies, including blackberry flavored honey.
Since the Hubs offered to slice the 1/4 or so loaf of rock-hard bread remaining, if I would make French Toast (with the girls' eggs, of course), the honey got mixed about 1 T to 4 T marscapone cheese. Add some in season strawberries and blueberries we had lying around, and Saturday morning breakfast Nirvana is achieved.
