This first photo shows the moldy grout around the tub, which is the only original fixture in this 1952 bathroom. The tiles show hard water staining and were installed before we purchased the home, in 2009.
The sink is an antique. The chips and rust have been there from 2009, but we did have a plumber install a new (kitchen) faucet a few years back.
An overall view of our sole bathroom. It is tightly packed but feels very "vintage" and charming. The walls are a yellowy green, like chartreuse. We've kept all the linens white as well, and the white paint is Polar Bear by Behr, which has a yellow tint.
